Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of services by Renocam Joinery (we, us, our) to you (the client). By booking our services or accepting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Services
We provide joinery and carpentry services including but not limited to bespoke furniture, door fitting, skirting and architrave installation, custom cabinetry and woodwork. Services are supplied at the location agreed between us and the client.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We may revise a quote if scope, materials or site conditions change before work begins.
4. Acceptance of Quote
A quote is accepted when the client provides written confirmation (including email or text), pays a deposit (if required), or instructs us to start work. Work will not be scheduled until acceptance has occurred.
5. Payment Terms
a. A deposit of [insert %] may be required before work starts.
b. Final payment is due on completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

d. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of further work.
6. Changes to Work
If you request changes after the work has started, we will provide a revised quote. Additional works will only proceed after your approval.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to the work area and ensure it is free of hazards. You are responsible for the removal and safe storage of any personal items in the work area.
8. Liability
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Materials
We will use materials suitable for the job. If the client requests specific materials, the client takes responsibility for any additional costs.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking up to [insert number] days before the start of works. If cancelled later, we may retain part or all of the deposit to cover costs incurred.
